Order Processing

· Standard Orders: Orders will be shipped within one business day after the order information is received.

· Custom Orders: Custom orders will be shipped within two business days after the logo has been confirmed.

· Bulk Orders: Please contact us to discuss shipping arrangements for bulk orders.

Order Cancellation

· You may change your address or cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday).

· Please note that once your package has been shipped, we cannot accept any modifications.

From MARKRYDEN Global Warehouse : 

· Economy Shipping: 7 to 16 business days

· Standard Shipping: 5 to 12 business days

· Express Shipping: 5 to 9 business days

From U.S. Warehouse : 

· U.S. Warehouse Shipping (Amazon / UPS / USPS shipping ): 3 to 7 business days

Please be aware that delivery times may vary based on the destination.

Due to increased shipping volume during the year-end period, some areas may experience delays.

Tracking Your Order

· A tracking number will be provided in the shipping notification email or SMS.

· You can track your order using your tracking number.

Shipping Costs and Taxes

· We offer free shipping and products will be sent out from our warehouse as soon as possible.

· Expedited shipping options are available for urgent requests, but additional shipping fees will apply.

· Our orders include all taxes and fees, you don't need to pay extra!

Delivery

· Once the delivery is successful, you will receive a confirmation email by system. If you do not receive your order, please contact us within 24 hours.

· If the address is incorrect or the delivery person cannot reach you, your order will be placed at a nearby pickup point. Please follow the instructions in our email to collect it within 5 business days.

· Please be advised that we are not liable for orders returned or destroyed due to prolonged periods of non-pickup. Timely pickup is essential to guarantee the safe delivery of your order.

· Alternatively, if you provide the correct address after receiving our email, the delivery person will attempt redelivery.

· For lost packages during transit, please contact the local carrier, the merchant is not responsible.

Returns

· If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day hassle-free return policy. The returned items must be unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging.

· To be eligible for a return, please ensure you purchased directly from markrydenus.com and that the item is not customized.

· You may return non-custom items within 14 days of receiving them. Please ensure the product is in its original condition and suitable.
